Premier High School of Abilene senior Dennis Adams graduated this May, but because he finished his high school classes in January he was able to take a semester of college classes before graduation.

Math is Dennis’ favorite area of studies. He hopes to use it in a career as an economic analyst.
“You can really explore everything in math. You can explore the outcome of an event. When you look at what math is, at its lowest levels, it’s just logic. It has the same principles of reasoning. Studying math helps with reasoning everyday things out,” he said.
Dennis plans to transfer to the University of Texas at Dallas after he completes a few more classes at Cisco College.
