All ResponsiveEd salaried teachers work ten months and are paid bi-weekly in 26 equal pay periods. A teacher’s salary is annualized based on the date of hire. In order to be eligible for the full amount, a teacher must be on staff the entire school year.

iSchool Virtual Academy
iSchool Virtual Academy teachers work remotely, therefore the school is not tied to one cluster. iSchool Virtual Academy teachers use the salary schedule in the cluster closest to their home address. If the teacher’s address is greater than 50 miles to a cluster, the Texas Teacher state minimum salary schedule will be used. Effective September 1, 2019, all teacher new hires are required to turn in their service records during the onboarding process. Please contact your previous district/campus to receive your service records. Service Records can be emailed to servicerecords@responsiveed.com.
