ResponsiveEd teacher pay for the 2019-2020 school year

All ResponsiveEd salaried teachers work ten months and are paid bi-weekly in 26 equal pay periods. A teacher’s salary is annualized based on the date of hire. In order to be eligible for the full amount, a teacher must be on staff the entire school year.

ResponsiveEd utilizes “Credited Years of Service” (CYOS) up to 20 years based on the following scale:

  • Up to five years for every complete year (i.e., ten months) of verified full-time teaching experience outside of ResponsiveEd (public or private, as reflected on a teachers service records), and
  • One year for every complete school year (i.e., ten months) of verified full-time teaching experience with ResponsiveEd.

Service Records

Effective September 1, 2019, all teacher new hires are required to turn in their service records during the onboarding process. Please contact your previous district/campus to receive your service records. Teachers will be eligible to receive retroactive pay for up to 45 days past their date of hire with corresponding records. Service Records can be emailed to [email protected]
