O<\/span>pen Application is an important period for new students (particularly those who are siblings of current students) and students on the waitlist for the 2015-2016 school year. Siblings of current students who wish to attend the school will be given priority. If a seat is not open for all of the students applying for a particular school and grade, ResponsiveEd will run a lottery. Be sure your email address is up-to-date as it will be the school\u2019s primary medium of communication. Call 844-860-9090 to update. Students currently on a waitlist MUST<\/u> re-apply for the 2016-2017 school year.<\/p>\n

  1. Dec. 7, 2015 – Jan. 15, 2016: Visit the ResponsiveEd.com and click the \u201cAPPLY TO A SCHOOL\u201d button.<\/li>\n
  2. On the apply page, select the Application for Admission for the 2016-2017 school year. This will take you to our InfoSnap application system. You may need to set up an account using your phone number or email. Email is preferred.\n
      \n
    • Enter basic information: child\u2019s name, top three schools of choice, etc.\n
        \n
      • Estimated time for completion: 5 minutes<\/li>\n
      • Note: Be sure to enter a frequently-used email. If a seat becomes available, parents have 48 hours to accept the seat before it may be forfeited<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Submit only <\/strong>one application per student<\/u>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • After submitting the form, you will receive an acknowledgement via email from ResponsiveEd confirming your application was received.<\/li>\n
      • January 15 the Open Application period closes.\n
          \n
        • After Jan. 15 we will continue to accept applications, but those applications will not be included in the lottery. They will go straight to the schools\u2019 waitlists behind those assigned to the waitlist in the lottery process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • Look for an email from ResponsiveEd regarding your child\u2019s status.\n
            \n
          • You will be notified about lottery details.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
          • Look for an email announcing lottery dates and event information.<\/li>\n
          • Look for an email notifying you of acceptance or position on a waitlist.\n

            • If accepted to multiple schools, parents will be asked to select a school, but they may also remain on waitlists for other schools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
