LEWISVILLE, Texas – July 19, 2018<\/b> – <\/span>Google<\/span><\/a> and <\/span>CDW-G<\/span><\/a> representatives recently visited the home office of <\/span>ResponsiveEd<\/span><\/a> in Lewisville, Texas to congratulate them on becoming the world\u2019s first company to launch Google\u2019s G Suite Enterprise for Education.<\/span><\/p>\n

Google Manager Kevin Hodges along with CDW-G Executive Matt Shortell met with ResponsiveEd CEO Chuck Cook, COO Robert Davison and Information Services Vice President Wes Cockrum to discuss implementation of the new platform designed for enhanced security and increased bandwidth across the company\u2019s computer network.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThis is a big step for ResponsiveEd, signifying our determination to provide a best-in-class digital infrastructure for our students and staff,\u201d claims Cockrum. \u201cWe are continuing to expand our school network across Texas. Having enterprise communication, collaboration, productivity and security tools are important elements of our technology plan. Strategic partners like Google and CDW-G are helping us deliver a better technology experience.\u201d<\/span>

\n<\/b>The G Suite Enterprise for Education platform is Google\u2019s premium software solution designed for large institutions. Some of the features include advanced security and administration controls for data loss prevention, secure privacy protection, enhanced retention and archiving capabilities along with a robust video conferencing network that supports up to 50 participants in each session and can be used for corporate conferencing or classroom collaboration.<\/span><\/p>\n

Working with its software supplier, CDW-G, this summer ResponsiveEd began deploying G Suite Enterprise for Education for use across its network of public charter schools comprised of 3,400 employees and more than 20,000 students.<\/span><\/p>\n
