style=\"font-weight: 400\">Fever<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Temperature of 100.4\u00b0 or higher<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">Rash\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Body rash with itching or fever<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Eye Infection<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Redness, itching and\/or drainage from
