Due to the rapidly-changing situation regarding COVID-19, we wanted to provide you with general guidance regarding the events that could result in the temporary closure of our campus.
First, as in the case of severe weather and natural disasters, our campus will follow the lead of the local ISD regarding closure. As such, if the ISD in which our campus is located decides to close due to concerns regarding COVID-19, our campus will close as well–and for the same period of time. If this occurs, employees will receive further instructions from their supervisors and updates will continue to be shared via the campus mass communication system, social media sites, and website.
Second, if local health officials require closure, our campus will close. If this occurs, we will share the announcement (and any subsequent updates) with staff and parents via our campus mass communication system, social media sites, and website.
